Terms of Service
Last updated: [add date]
By purchasing or subscribing to the Letters for Ordinary Days Mail Club (the “Mail Club”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Overview
The Mail Club is a recurring subscription that delivers physical mail—letters, poems, and curated items—sent to the mailing address you provide. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Subscriptions & Billing
-
The Mail Club is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the option selected at checkout).
-
Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
-
You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through your account settings at any time.
-
Cancellations take effect for future mailings; previously billed cycles are non-refundable.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of physical, printed mail, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed billing periods.
Replacements for Lost or Damaged Mail
If your mail arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. When appropriate, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
-
Mail is sent via standard postal services. Delivery times may vary.
-
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
-
While tracking may not be available for all mailings, we will always do our best to ensure your mail reaches you.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide and maintain an accurate mailing address.
We cannot replace mail that is lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Content & Creative Work
All letters, poems, artwork, and written materials included in the Mail Club are original creative works and are protected by copyright.
They may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Mail Club (or any part of it) at any time. If changes affect active subscribers, we’ll communicate clearly and with care.
Limitation of Liability
The Mail Club is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this service.
