Return & Replacement Policy

Because each mail club delivery is a printed, physical, and time-specific piece, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges.

That said, if something goes wrong in transit, we’ve got you covered.

Damaged Items

If your mail arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item. We’ll happily send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Mail

If your mail appears to be lost in transit (we know USPS can be mysterious sometimes), contact us and we’ll take care of it. After a reasonable delivery window, we’ll send a replacement, free of charge.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your mailing address at checkout. We can’t replace items that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
